Archaeological reconstruction includes twenty-two games: from Sumerian to Egyptian games, from Greek, Etruscan and Roman to Medieval games, as well as a wide array of pawns, dice, dice cup, and other materials needed for play that are not found elsewhere on the market.

GAMES IN WOOD AND LEATHER

In the applied construction, the board games are crafted down to the finest detail, in fact they:

  • are made in pyro-engraved leather or etched wood; the decorations are painted with natural colours produced by ourselves or with marquetry;
  • they are supplied with glass, ceramic or metal pieces;
  • the dice are handmade in wood;
  • the finishes are obtained by ancient techniques;
  • the cases contain a leaflet telling the story of the game, the rules and an image from texts, paintings or graffiti of the same period. The recreations of the playing rules are as close as possible to the ancient ones, for some games it was quite easy to do, for others, the reconstructive hypotheses are logically recreated, or based on comparisons.
  • the games are packaged in cardboard boxes with a characteristic graphic design. Wooden boxes on request.

There is also the possibility to request games or pawns customized.
